I decided to browse through some of the SourceForge .Net projects and came across the following interesting projects:

  • INUnit - A NUnit extension to use Internet Explorer in your unit tests
  • NXUnit - A NUnit extension to test XML
  • XmlUnit - Another NUnit extension to test XML
  • QLiner Hotkeys - Allows you to assign hotkeys to the windows key on your keyboard - has a funky interface
  • MediaPortal - A PVR and media center - the following page contains a list of TV cards supported
  • NeuroBox - A C# Neural Network library
  • Sharp AutoUpdater - Handles the automatic updating of your application
  • ZedGraph - Another charting library for .Net. The Code Project tutorial makes it seem like a piece of cake to use.
  • NGrid - Another Grid computing framework
  • DotLucene - A Google like search engine for .Net
  • NUnitAsp Code Generator - This is something I've thought about doing several times. The project does not have a home page and is still in alpha but there are files available
  • TextCaptcha - A library for generating CAPTCHAs which can be used to block automated spam bots from posting unwanted comments etc.
  • Math.Net - Algebra package for .Net with features such as vector and matrix manipulation
  • EBNF Visualizer - Diagrams EBNF files
  • Sharpcvslib - A managed library to access a CVS repository
  • ObjectViews - Allows you to create a view over collections - currently in pre-alpha
  • NetSpell - One of my colleages has used this project before and it is apparently quite good - it's a spell checking library written in C#
  • DotLisp - A Lisp Dialect for .Net
  • World IP Location Data Management - A project to process data from http://www.ip-location.org/ it seems
  • NTI's Master Drive - A free virtual drive provider written in Visual Basic.Net
